Two postdoctoral positions are available in our lab at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research. We are looking for data scientists, computational biologists or bioinformaticians to study host-microbial crosstalk using host-microbiome multi-omics data on 3-year positions. We have an abundance of human microbiome data and in vitro microbiome data that are perfect for data scientists to explore and have fun while creating useful interpretation.
